RunFit is a “hands on” strength program designed especially for athletes because it strengthens your muscles and joints helping to decrease injury, improve running form, running economy and race times. If you want to perform at your full potential, you need to take a comprehensive approach to running.

That means targeting areas of fitness you may not normally pay attention to like flexibility, balance, mobility, activation and strength.

Your coaches are certified personal trainers who are runners and work in sports medicine physical therapy.

We are different than other programs because we are “hands on”small group training, not an online cookie cutter program, built from a background of physical therapy, personal training, running, coaching and passion designed for you and your strengths and weaknesses.

We are trained to access your form then modify it to help strengthen your imbalances while building your personal strength foundation.
