Dawn is a 1994 graduate of the University of Mary with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and Biology. She also is a 2013 graduate of Kent State University – Ashtabula with an Associate’s Degree for a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been working in the Physical Therapy/Bodywork field for over 20 years including areas of Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Pediatrics and Chronic Pain. She is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist in the state of Michigan; Certified Athletic Trainer (Retired).
She is a specialist in a variety of body work techniques with an emphasis on Structural Integration (Rolfing®), Fascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. Some of the areas she specializes in are biomechanical imbalances with gait and movement resulting in pain, headaches, neck and pain pain, hip and pelvis pain and plantarfascitis. She is an Advanced Structural Integration Practitioner of the Ida P. Rolf Method from the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder CO and has studied the John Upledger Method for Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute of Palm Beach Florida.
