A gait analysis is a method for identifying biomechanical abnormalities in the gait cycle, or in other words, it’s a tool used to assess the way in which you walk and run. Coach’s Eye measures exact degrees and angles of the knees, ankles and hips during running. It allows us to video you while running and analyze your movement, then help you modify your form for a more efficient stride to decrease pain and improve your running performance.
A gait analysis is commonly used in sports biomechanics to help athletes run more efficiently and to identify posture-related or movement-related problems in people with injuries.
