Coaches

Jackie Rzepecki

Assistant Coach: Jackie Rzepecki has been involved in running for 12 years where she is currently running for the Hansons-Brooks Program. After competing in college she had gone on to complete her Level 1 USATF Coaching Certificate. Jackie has worked with a number of athletes to help them achieve their running goals.

Clint Verran

Head Coach: Clint Verran has been involved in running for over 14 years. He has completed 12 marathons, where he has qualified for 2 Olympic Trials and 4 World Championship Teams. Clint has coached a number of athletes from the competitive runner to the average jogger.

Beginner Runner Package: $125

Designed for people new to running who do not know how to get started. This is a 2 visit package deal. You will get an analysis of your running form, shoe advisement, and a training schedule for your first 5k.

Visit #1:

  1. Analysis of running form or gait analysis (included with a CD-Rom with your findings)
  2. Foot evaluation and shoe advisor
  3. Postural analysis
  4. Testing Muscle length and strength
  5. 2 week training program, including core exercises

Visit #2:

  1. Re-check running form
  2. Check orthotic wear and adjust if needed
  3. Pick a running goal (5k, 10k, etc) and provide a 4 week training program
  4. Re-evaluate core exercises
  5. Evaluate any aches or pains

Marathon Package: $125

Designed for the beginner to intermediate runner. This program is set up to help you achieve your goals whether it is to finish the marathon or setting a personal best. This is a 2 visit package deal. You will not only get an analysis of your running form, shoe advisement, and a training schedule.

Visit #1:

  1. Analysis of running form or gait analysis (included with a CD-Rom with your findings)
  2. Foot evaluation and shoe advisor
  3. Postural analysis
  4. Testing Muscle length and strength
  5. 4 week training program, including core exercises

Visit #2

  1. Re-check running form
  2. Check orthotic wear and adjust if needed
  3. Generalize training program for half marathon or full marathon
  4. Re-evaluate core exercises
  5. Evaluate any aches or pains
